Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier whether purchasing some of my artist brushes or original artworks. All available work and brushes can be found within my Online Shop. Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. Your cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART button on the top right of your screen.
After you have finished your selection, click again on the “View Cart” button where you can take the option "Proceed to Checkout". You will be asked for the details needed to be able to satisfy the order. Payment can be made via PAYPAL, credit card, or BACS. This section of the website is is not able to be viewed by us so your banking details remain totally private, we are only supplied with your order and address details.
Purchasing Original Artwork
Purchases of original artworks can be exchanged with 30 days for an alternative work of the same or lower value. If you choose a painting of lower value, the difference will not be refunded. If you decide to exchange any original artwork for one of higher value, then you will be required to pay the excess before the replacement painting is shipped and return the unwanted painting. Costs of returning the unwanted original artwork are to be borne by you as the purchaser. If you wish paintings can be exchanged by visiting my South London studio. Shipping And Handling for Original Artworks
All UK purchases of original artworks are carriage free and shipped fully insured by me. Alternatively, collection from my South London studio is possible by arrangement. Email me to arrange this in advance.
For purchases from overseas buyers, pleaseemail in advance to confirm shipping costs. This will depend on your order and weight of items purchased but will be agreed in advance before your purchase is confirmed.
Melanie Cambridge® Artist Brushes
Shipping for Artist BrushesWe aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch providing you have given us a correct email address. In cases where this is not possible to ship brushes straight away, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible and also confirm when your items can be despatched. Artist brushes are shipped via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 days of despatch.
Artist Brushes Guarantee
Artist brushes purchased from this website come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are unhappy with a product, return it to us stating what is wrong with it and we will either replace it or refund it.
Artist Brushes Returns Policy
We accept any returns for any reason within 30 days and will refund or replace the product. If a product is broken or damaged we pay the return postage. If you just don't like it, or it is not want you want, you pay the return postage. A full refund will be paid by the same method as we receive payment.
This returns policy applies only to artist brushes and materials purchased from this website, not original art and does not affect your statutory rights.
Art Group On-line Zoom Demonstrations - Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking is made via email when a suitable date has been agreed.
Payment in order to confirm a Zoom on-line demonstration event is required the day before the event when I shall send an email invoice for payment via BACS or Paypal. Only once payment has been made, can the on-line demonstration go ahead
If the planned date or content has to be amended you will be informed immediately and given the choice of accepting the revised date or cancelling the booking.
Cancellation: If I have to cancel the advertised demonstration, you will be offered an alternative time and date for the on-line demonstration. If this is not possible, no fee will be payable. If the art society cancels the booking, for whatever reason, there is no cancellation fee charged.
Please note: participation in a online demonstration is free for all members, the only fee payable is by the art group as per a normal "live" demonstration. Zoom software is free to download to watch a demonstration
Melanie Cambridge's Workshops & Classes - Booking Terms and Conditions
You place is guaranteed when the deposit has been paid and acknowledged.
Attendance on all workshops can only commence once full payment for your place has been received. Invoices for balances due will be sent approx one month in advance.
If the workshop venue, times, date or content has to be amended you will be informed immediately and given the choice of remaining on the workshop, transferring to another or receiving a full refund.
Cancellation: If I have to cancel the advertised workshop you will be offered a full refund or an alternative workshop. If you decide to cancel your workshop booking for whatever reason, then all deposits paid are treated as non-refundable. Where you cancel within 3 weeks of a workshop, I will endeavour to fill your place. However, if I am unable to do this you will be responsible for the full workshop fee.
In the instance that you transfer to any alternative workshop you must still abide by these terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: These terms and conditions apply only to courses organised by Melanie Cambridge and booked directly with Melanie Cambridge. For those courses booked via other organisations, such as Dedham Hall, their booking terms and conditions will apply.
